Problem
Herbicide injury - glyphosate (Roundup)
Symptoms
Foliage turns from pale green to yellow, turning brown with death.
Similar Problems
Other herbicides may cause similar symptoms.
Additional Information
Minimal exposure can result in yellow streaking in deformed leaves several weeks after exposure.
Diagnostic Tips
Plants affected will be near areas where weeds were sprayed with the herbicide resulting from drift or spotting during application.
Corrective Measures
No corrective measures are available.
Management
Avoid use of non-selective herbicide near strawberry field. Avoid pesticide application during wind. Use large droplet size and low pressure to avoid drift.
